It would be IMMENSELY useful to be able to inspect Genesis tunes in particular. ~Possibly even VGM import, à la NSFImport. I'm not sure this can be done, but I'm throwing the idea out there anyway. ~An effect to offset the starting position of a PCM sample (akin to Yxx in Famitracker). ~Not sure if this is a bug or not, but metadata is lost in NSF export (the output NSF has blank info fields).

As of now, those buttons affect the entire module a way to shrink or expand select portions of a module (e.g. It wasn't until I had a go at Deflemask on my laptop that I realised you can't scroll without a scroll wheel!

~Scrolling arrows/scrolling bar for the instrument window, plus the ability to scroll that window with the arrows. I've got perfect pitch, so I can probably help you with that somehow. I realise that resolution becomes smaller in the upper range but I'm sure something could be done about it still. Some systems (Turbografx 16 and GameBoy in particular) are noticeably out of tune when comparing lower octaves to higher ones. Then after entering the effect the cursor could drop to the next row, and back in the effect column. ~An option to skip to the effect value column instead of the next row when entering an effect.

~Expand maximum pattern size from 128 to 256. if the cursor is on the volume column, Alt+Right jumps to the next channel's volume column, while Ctrl+Right jumps to the next channel's note column). Possibly the Ctrl shortcut for jumping to note input, and the Alt to jump to the same position as the current one (i.e. ~Ctrl+Left/Right AND/OR Alt+Left/Right to quickly navigate between channels.
